As a PM for Instacart, what potential issues do you foresee after a customer places an order?

As an Instacart PM, potential issues after an order is placed can be categorized across the order lifecycle:

1. Order Processing & Shopper Assignment: Delays in assigning a shopper, incorrect order details being sent to the shopper, or the shopper not understanding the order.
2. Shopping Experience: Shopper unavailability for substitutions, poor quality of selected items (e.g., bruised produce), items being out of stock, or the shopper deviating from the order.
3. Delivery Logistics: Delays in the driver picking up the order, issues with the driver's route or navigation, temperature control problems for perishable items during transit, or the driver not following delivery instructions.
4. Post-Delivery: Damaged items upon arrival, missing items, incorrect items delivered, or a poor overall customer service interaction with the shopper/driver.
