Frequently asked
How do you know a job offers visa sponsorship?
A role is listed when its posting on the company’s own careers page says the company can sponsor a work visa, or will consider it case by case, or when the company is on the official sponsor register for that country: the UK register of licensed sponsors, the USCIS H-1B employer data (with a new-hire approval) or the Dutch IND register. Each company shows which one, with its date. Postings that say they cannot sponsor are always left out. Always confirm sponsorship for the specific role with the employer.
Which country is easiest for tech jobs with visa sponsorship from India?
It depends on your offer. Germany’s Blue Card has a lower salary bar (€45,934.20 for IT without a degree) and no sponsor licence, so any employer can hire you. The UK needs a licensed sponsor and usually £54,700 for software developers. The Netherlands needs an IND-recognised employer and a monthly salary by age. The US H-1B adds a lottery.
Is this legal or immigration advice?
No. Each country page summarises the official rules with links to the source and the date we checked them. For your own case, check the official guidance or speak to a qualified adviser.
