Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a paid subscription to Landed, a b100x product. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Free plan
Landed has a free plan, so you can try the core experience before paying anything. Nothing on the free plan is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
7-day refund window on Pro
When you first subscribe to Pro, whether monthly or annual, you have 7 days from the date of the charge to request a full refund. If you ask within that window, we refund the payment in full, no questions asked, and your Pro access ends.
After the 7-day window
- Monthly plan. Payments are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plan. After the 7-day window the annual payment is non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You can cancel to stop the next year's renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the paid year.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. A renewal charge on its own is not covered by the 7-day window above, which applies to your first Pro payment. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date from your account settings. If a renewal charges you by mistake right after you intended to cancel, contact us and we will make it right.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a plan you did not sign up for, contact us and we will refund the error in full.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@landed.jobs from the address on your account, with the email you used and, if you have it, the payment reference. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to return approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
