To monitor Lyft's app health, I'd build a dashboard focused on two key areas: marketplace dynamics and technical reliability.

Marketplace Health: This would track the core supply and demand balance. Key metrics include:

• Supply: Driver availability (online hours, idle time), acceptance rates, cancellation rates.
• Demand: Passenger ride requests, conversion rates (request to ride), wait times, surge pricing indicators.
• Match Quality: Time to match, distance of matched driver, ride completion rates.
• User Satisfaction: Driver and passenger ratings, support ticket volume related to marketplace issues.

Technical Reliability: This ensures the app functions smoothly for both users and drivers. Key metrics include:

• Uptime & Availability: Server uptime, app crash rates (iOS/Android), API error rates.
• Performance: App load times, request latency, map rendering speed.
• Key Feature Success: Ride booking success rate, payment processing success rate, navigation accuracy.
• Bug Reporting: Volume and severity of reported bugs, resolution times.
