Town builds a persistent model of a user's identity, voice, judgment, relationships, and priorities, and uses it to do real work on their behalf across email, calendar, documents, Slack, and more. Town's AI assistant, known as a Townie, learns how users work by connecting with tools such as email, calendars, Slack, documents, and workflows, helping automate tasks like drafting, scheduling, project tracking, follow-ups, and context gathering while adapting to individual preferences over time.
