I recently managed the end-to-end development of a sophisticated data analytics platform designed for credit unions and mortgage companies. This project addressed significant challenges, including fragmented systems, inconsistent data across loan origination systems (LOS), and outdated reporting methods. My approach involved:

• Stakeholder Management: I initiated the discovery phase by conducting in-depth interviews with executives from five financial institutions to pinpoint critical reporting and visibility gaps. I also shadowed loan officers and underwriters to gain a granular understanding of their workflows and pain points.
• Team Management: I fostered a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication channels and shared understanding of project goals.
• Issue Escalation & Prioritization: By maintaining a clear view of project objectives and potential roadblocks, I was able to proactively identify and escalate critical issues, ensuring timely resolution while keeping the project on track and aligned with business priorities.
