My immediate priority would be to triage the 100+ legal issues. I'd work with the legal team to categorize them by severity and impact on the launch. For critical issues that block the launch, I'd convene an emergency meeting with legal, engineering, and leadership to discuss mitigation strategies, potential scope changes, or a controlled delay. For less critical issues, I'd create a plan to address them post-launch, prioritizing based on risk and user impact. Simultaneously, I'd conduct a post-mortem to understand why these issues surfaced so late and implement process improvements to ensure legal review happens much earlier in future product development cycles.
