In a previous role at a startup, I encountered a significant challenge where the core product was undefined, leading to widespread customer dissatisfaction and churn. My approach involved collaborating closely with leadership to pinpoint the root causes of customer attrition. Subsequently, I worked with the team to identify product gaps and then spearheaded the design and development of a new solution, culminating in the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to address these critical issues.
