Name the contradiction explicitly (governance vs. commercial pace; closed-deployment vs. open-weights posture); explain that OpenAI's defensible response is that the Charter ranks safety higher than any commercial goal — but honest candidates also acknowledge that historically the org has slipped on that promise and that the right answer is to keep building operable accountability.
