As a TPM, my day-to-day involves overseeing the lifecycle of programs, from initiation to completion. This includes meticulously tracking progress against project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and peer TPMs. I facilitate regular sync-ups, such as daily stand-ups, to address immediate blockers and ensure alignment, and I also coordinate key reviews to maintain momentum and deliver on feature commitments.
