Choose a project that had technical risk and a measured outcome. Foreground the data pipeline, including how you handled missingness, drift, and backfills; the model, including what was attempted and abandoned; and the metric chain: how the model metric moved, then the business metric, then what you'd do differently. Practice with a friendly DS to time yourself - candidates commonly say the Blind readers warn "you have to know in and out of technicalities."
