If every decision is forced, a left-to-right simulation with a current-charge invariant may suffice. If a station can be skipped, partially used, or revisited, model state as dp[index][charge] or use a shortest-path graph over feasible states; do not invent a greedy rule without an exchange argument. Prune states dominated by another state at the same position with no worse cost and at least as much charge. Test zero charge at start, exact arrival with zero remaining, capacity clipping, an unreachable gap, and multiple equal-cost routes. Complexity depends on clarified capacity C: a simple simulation is O(n) time and O(1) space, while a discrete DP can be O(nC) time and O(nC) space.
