A casual background call. The recruiter mainly wanted to understand my experience, why Wise, and what I’m looking for next. Pretty smooth, nothing tricky.

This one was straightforward:
- 1 easy problem
- 1 medium problem Both were pure DSA. Clean coding + clarity in approach mattered more than over-optimizing.

HLD60 min
This was the most intense round A two-person panel, both very sharp We spent a good amount of time on my past project architecture, decisions I made, and the trade-offs a HLD problem

This was surprisingly chill. Very product-centric, focusing more on:
- Why certain decisions were made in my old teams
- How I think about user experience
- What KPIs matter in a product
- How engineering decisions impact customer trust No coding, just conversations.

Final Techno-Manageria Round60 min
A two-person panel again. One design question + the usual behavioural questions. Not too aggressive, but definitely structured. They want to see how you reason, how you collaborate, and how you lead technical decisions
