The process began with call from recruiter, asked about my current role, tech stack, and interest in switching, which felt more like a casual chat than a formal screening. After confirming availability, they scheduled the first technical round.

resume-driven and java related question was asked Basic-to-intermediate Java questions:
- Object-oriented design concepts (polymorphism, inheritance, encapsulation)
- Difference between checked and unchecked exceptions
- Common Java APIs and collection usage The technical portion about 30 mins. The remaining 15 mins were spent discussing the role, team expectations, and tech stack.
