How it went
The interview process consisted of two coding challenges and a system design session. The candidate felt confident about the coding portions, which included a question on binary indexed trees for range sum queries. However, the system design round was challenging due to a lack of clear direction from the interviewer, making it difficult to assess progress. Additionally, communication with the recruiter between stages was perceived as slow.
