Interview with Uber for L4 position. Unfortunately, I did not get selected, but I wanted to share my experience in detail so that others can prepare better.

Total of 4 coding questions. Solved 3 completely, for 4th one, passed only 50% of the test cases After this a phone screen round , easy question

Question focused on trees and hashtable usage. Given the root of a binary tree, a target node value, and an integer k, return all nodes that are distance k from the target node.

Task: Implement a Mini Chat Screen based on a skeleton chat app Requirements:
- Message sending functionality (append to RecyclerView)
- Long-press to delete messages
- Use DiffUtil if the codebase uses ListAdapter This round was about practical coding, Android components, and clean UI
