Rently campus placement process which included four rounds
Round by round

Online Test60 min
In first round online test conducted in our college, with the HR supervising in person. There were 25 questions in total, primarily MCQs related to software testing tools, testing scenarios, and QA concepts. The single coding problem was compute the sum of odd elements in a list using Java.

HR Round60 min
Out of 200 students, 30 were shortlisted for the HR interview. The process was split into two panels: one online and one face-to-face. I was in the face-to-face panel, where the questions were mostly general HR questions

Technical Interview60 min
After Round 2, 10 students were selected, and we moved to Rently’s Coimbatore office. This round had three interviewers, and the focus was on technical skills and project discussions
- Questions based on my projects and technical skills mentioned in my resume
- Preference of programming languages
- OOP concepts: overloading vs overriding, and general object-oriented principles
- Cybersecurity questions (as I had listed cybersecurity in my resume)
- Coding/pseudocode problems: find duplicates in a linked list, types of errors and exceptions in Java I was able to answer around 80% of the questions, but unfortunately, only 5 students passed this round, and I was not among them.
