Unfortunately, I was not able to clear last round, mainly due to time pressure while coding in Golang

I recently appeared for Golang Developer role at Paytm Compensation (for reference) Base- 30LPA Bonus- 1LPA Requirements- SDE with more then three years of working experience (excluding intern)

Round by round

    Coding Round 160 min

    First round consisted of two medium-level coding problems, i have attached similar problem

    Low Level Design Round60 min

    Second round was design round focused on low-level design, and it was entirely in golang, the problem statement was to design the backend of online movie ticket booking platform Key points the interviewer expected me to cover

    • Entities: Movie, Show, Seat, Booking, Payment
    • Seat locking and concurrency handling
    • Theater management across multiple locations
    • Pricing strategies and discounts
    • Multi-city support After this, explain my project experience and how I applied Golang in my past work

    Problem-solving question in Golang and discuss my projects and tech stack mentioned in my resume
