1. 1

   Online Assessment60 min

   The first round was an online MCQ-based test that evaluated multiple areas Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning -> Questions on basic arithmetic, probability, ratios, puzzles, and pattern recognition. Core CS Fundamentals -> Questions from Data Structures, Operating Systems, DBMS, and Computer Networks. I have added some examples of the type of questions asked: Quantitative Aptitude / Reasoning:

   • If two trains are moving in opposite directions with speeds 60 km/h and 90 km/h, how long will they take to cross each other if their lengths are 120m and 150m?

   • A cube is painted on all sides and then cut into 64 smaller cubes. How many cubes have exactly 2 faces painted? Data Structures:

   • What is the worst-case time complexity of searching in a Binary Search Tree?

   • Which data structure is best suited for implementing a recursive function call mechanism?

   • Given a queue implemented using two stacks, what is the complexity of enqueue and dequeue operations? Core CS Fundamentals:

   • Difference between process and thread.

   • Page replacement algorithms, which one suffers from Belady’s anomaly?

   • Difference between primary key and unique key.

   Technical Round 160 min

   The interviewer started by asking me about one of the projects I had listed on my resume. I had to clearly explain:

   • The problem statement of the project.
   • My specific contributions and responsibilities.
   • The tech stack used and why I chose it.
   • Challenges faced during implementation and how I overcame them.
   • Areas where the project could be further improved.

   Coding Problem (DSA): The main problem was based on matrix manipulation and graph traversal, similar to Surrounded Regions Some follow-up questions included

   • Can you solve this problem without using extra space?
   • What is the time and space complexity of your approach?

   SQL Questions:

   • Write an SQL query to find the second highest salary from the Employee table.
   • Given a Student table with marks, write a query to fetch the top 3 scorers in each department.
   • How would you design an SQL query to fetch duplicate records from a table?
   • Surrounded Regions
3. 3

   Technical Round 260 min

   Started with short self-introduction followed by a discussion of my resume projects One logical problem related puzzle and a design question online library management system Identify the entities (book, user, librarian, transaction). Define attributes Relationships

4. 4

   HM Round60 min

   About past work, team experiences, learning ability, motivation for Oracle, career goals, interests, and salary discussion.
