   Coding-160 min

   Question 1: You are given a grid where each cell is either a wall, a path, or a checkpoint. You can move in eight directions (up, down, left, right, and all four diagonals). Starting at (0, 0), find the shortest path to the closest checkpoint. I used standard BFS with eight-directional neighbors. Be mindful of visited cells and keep track of the minimum steps. Question 2: Given an array of numbers and a window size, return the minimum difference between the largest and smallest numbers in every window, solved using two monotonic queues one for min, one for max, to keep track of the min and max for each window. This is similar to the “sliding window maximum” problem, but with a twist.
