How it went
The interview process began with a referral and an informative recruiter call. It consisted of five stages: a recruiter screen, a technical interview split between SQL and Python, a behavioral assessment, and three loop rounds. Notably, the loop rounds integrated product sense, data modeling, SQL, and Python, differing from interviews where these skills are assessed separately. Interviewers were supportive when candidates vocalized their thought process and asked clarifying questions.
