Round by round

Screen Round60 min
The phone screen round was about 15-20 min, where we discussed my background, previous projects, and challenges I faced. The interviewer also asked some questions on core concepts of CN & DBMS and one DSA question

Coding Round 160 min
The first onsite round was two DSA problems Hard dp problem where couldn’t finish the full solution And medium array problem that solved cleanly with follow-ups

This round was a mix of managerial and technical questions Redis cluster scaling problem: How to handle hot keys and shard data effectively SQL query design: Write a query to fetch the top 5 users with maximum transactions in the last month, grouped by region Behavioral questions: How I resolve conflicts in a distributed team, & mentoring experience
