   Before the coding round, candidates were shortlisted based on their academic performance, mainly CGPA or percentage About three days later, I received the link for the online coding assessment. It was a 90-minute test consisting of two-three coding problems, don’t remember the exact problems

   Technical Interview 160 min

   Began with self-introduction and a brief of my background Spoke in detail about my personal Data Science project architecture, dataset, & insights generated Discussed programming languages I’m proficient in, including their differences And conceptual discussion on core data structures arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, and trees along with their TC The interviewer also touched upon my hackathon experience, especially my role Ended with a short interactive segment where I asked some questions

   Technical Interview 260 min

   Again started with introduction and motivation for joining Flipkart Was asked to design a simplified IRCTC-like train ticket booking system.

   • Created and explained the schema diagram covering entities such as Train, Coach, Seat, Booking, and User.
   • Wrote SQL queries for
   • Viewing available seats
   • Booking a ticket
   • Checking booking history
   • Explained my choice of database (Relational) with reasoning around data consistency, normalization, and transactional integrity, at last he ask how ACID properties ensure reliable booking operations
