How it went
The interview process began with a recruiter screen to discuss the candidate's background and interest in DoorDash. This was followed by a two-part first-round interview, including an SQL assessment and a case study focused on a practical business problem. The subsequent team-matching phase led to a final loop of four interviews over two days, primarily involving product analytics case work on metrics, segmentation, funnels, and A/B testing, with one challenging hiring manager interview that started at a very high level.
