I had the amazing opportunity to be part of Capgemini’s Exceller, On-Campus recruitment process It was a memorable journey that took me through multiple rounds, each designed to evaluate different aspects like technical understanding, logical thinking, and communication skills

Online Test60 min
The first round was online assessment that mainly tested english proficiency. It had MCQs covering topics like fill-in-the-blanks, sentence correction, prepositions, tenses, reading comprehension and other also Apart from the written section, there was also spoken english part, It included activities such as reading and repeating sentences, listening and repeating, speaking on given topic, and answering conversation-based questions

Cognitive Ability Assessment Round60 min
The next round focused on cognitive and technical abilities. It consisted of 50 questions, which were a mix of pseudocode, scenario-based, and fundamental IT questions, topics mainly revolved around Databases, Computer Networks, Cloud Computing, and a few logical puzzles. I found this round quite interesting because it was not purely theoretical, many questions were based on scenarios

HR Round60 min
It began with short introduction about myself, followed by discussion about my academic background and projects mentioned in my resume, the interviewer also asked about my strengths and weaknesses & few situational questions to understand how I approach challenges and teamwork, the conversation was quite friendly, and I made sure to highlight my enthusiasm to learn.
