Round by round

   Accenture Online Test90 min

   In the first round of the Accenture interview process, I was assessed on cognitive and technical skills. The Cognitive Ability section focused only on reasoning-based questions—there were no aptitude questions. It included topics such as English proficiency, critical thinking, and abstract reasoning. This section consisted of 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within 50 minutes. Next was the Technical Assessment, which covered common applications and MS Office, pseudocode, and the fundamentals of networking, security, and cloud computing. This section had 40 MCQs with a time limit of 40 minutes. The final part was the Coding Round, where I was given 2 coding questions to solve within 45 minutes.

   Communication Assessment30 min

   Accenture Communication Assessment Round This is the third round in the Accenture recruitment process and is not an elimination round. After completing the coding round, i has to take this communication assessment. The test evaluates verbal skills based on the following parameters:

   • Vocabulary
   • Fluency
   • Pronunciation

   Interview15 min

   Once I finished the test, I was prompted to choose a preferred time slot for my interview. After confirming the slot, I received the interview details via email or SMS. During the interview, I was asked very easy questions, and there weren’t many technical ones. If you're preparing for this interview, there's a high chance the interviewers will ask very basic questions. They almost always ask about your project, but most of the questions aren’t deeply technical. Instead, they focus more on understanding how your project works and the overall idea behind it.
