Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

 

Looking for someone with exceptional marketing background with premium luxury brands to handle the marketing aspects of aquiring new VUZ premium customers and retain existing ones.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Handle the telco SMS campaigns through twilio

• Handle content writing in Arabic & English

• Follow up with Aggregators for Monthly SMS campaign plan, Market-place product placement & other marketing supporting channels

• Analyize data from different marketing channels and keep daily track of aquired customers

• Deliver a Daily report of subscribtions with insights to improve churn

• Stay up-to-date with the trends of VOD Apps and find new potential growth for different regions worldwide

• Be ready to handle the tasks of Business Operations and events requirements

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong command of English and Arabic speaking and writing

• Microsoft Excel proficient (Pivot tables, percentages of retention vs cost, report reading, basic - analytics knowledge)

• Photoshop skill (Competent in editing photos and posters)

• Strong understanding of GCC and MENA markets

• Can work independently with exceptional turn over time

• Previous experience with content creation, campaign management and data analysis

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders

• Efficient and timely communication skills

• Self-motivated and keen to develop
