Program Manager Job Overview: Biz Analyst aims to drive SME growth using Technology. SMEs are the heart of the Indian Economy and surprisingly technology penetration is very little. Biz Analyst aims to fill this gap by providing the right tech to SMEs and help them grow by using smart insights and making data driven decisions. We are looking for a young, energetic resource who is focused and results-driven to join our Program team.

The person will be responsible for implementing and executing the company'sstrategy. We are expecting the person to have some experience and passion for People Interaction, Marketing Channels, Latest Technologies & Software solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties: ● Manage projects from concept to launch; developing and coordinating realistic project estimates, plans, and/or metrics; working and communicating effectively with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Operations, and other stakeholders ● Responsible for all operations of assigned programs, with a large focus on project administration and implementation of Rewards and Loyalty programs ● Manage Tech implementations to drive high performance in Channel Ecosystem ● Collaborate with different stakeholders across multiple functions to get the job done. ● Implement effective marketing communications processes like Program Calendars, webinars, campaigns etc. ● Convert data into actionable insights by predicting and modeling future outcomes ● Continually challenge the status quo and persistently dig for improvement opportunities and establish a passion for operational excellence

Requirements: ● Relevant Program Management experience in SAAS setup ● Minimum experience of 3+ yrs. ● MBA from a premium B-school (preferable). ● Good knowledge of different Marketing Channels and Analytics Tools ● Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives. ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
