Program Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager who can

• Lead the expansion of GTM services into the new territories - end to end process from assortment planning to getting the operations running

• Lead a central team of 6-9 direct reportees and 12-15 indirect reportees

• This team will be responsible for ensuring that GTM services expansion is on track - from opening up a location to reaching the intended targets

• Design, create and execute the process for onboarding, hand holding and training the channel partners

• Capture data to monitor the health of the expansion

• Identify, solve, escalate, prevent the operational, technical and market issues

• Liaise with product, tech and supply chain team to ensure adherence to timelines

• Own the metrics of GMV, network health and operational efficiencies

• Deliver the customer satisfaction metrics
