OpenAI FDE take-home: ~5-hour build using OpenAI's APIs

Choose a tight, tasteful use case (e.g., a Slack-integrated "incident postmortem" assistant, or a support-triage agent). Build end-to-end with: proper input validation, structured outputs (function calls), retries, fallbacks for model failures, prompt + eval set in code, and a small eval dashboard. Video walkthrough: 8-10 minutes, demo first, then show "tradeoffs I'd revisit in v2." Make explicit what you would NOT do in production (e.g., hard-coded API key without rotation).
