Description
Join Schneider Electric and help shape the future of digital engineering solutions
Within the Energy Management Business Unit, you will join the Power Products division, which designs low-voltage electrical distribution products and systems.
We offer a complete range of safe and reliable solutions for low-voltage electrical distribution applications, including circuit breakers, enclosures, distribution panels, and associated software solutions.
Your Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Channel Partner Software organization, you will act as a Product Owner for an Agile squad developing enterprise web applications that support switchboard configuration and related digital solutions.
You will own the squad’s value flow by converting product priorities, business needs, and customer expectations into clear, testable, and appropriately sequenced work. You will maintain a transparent and delivery-ready backlog, ensure that backlog items are sufficiently understood before implementation, and validate that delivered solutions meet the agreed value and quality expectations.
Working as part of a SAFe Agile Release Train, you will connect product strategy to squad execution by maintaining alignment between product vision, PI objectives, features, stories, and releases. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, Technical Leaders, developers, testers, architects, DevOps, the Release Train Engineer, other Product Owners, and relevant business stakeholders.
You will prioritize work according to customer and business value while considering risks, dependencies, technical constraints, quality expectations, and squad capacity. Through demonstrations, stakeholder feedback, and available usage insights, you will help strengthen feedback loops and continuously refine the squad’s priorities.
Your Missions

Backlog Ownership and Delivery Readiness
- Own and maintain the squad backlog, ensuring it remains transparent, prioritized, and delivery-ready.
- Convert product priorities into clear features, enablers, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive backlog refinement and ensure sufficient work is prepared for upcoming iterations and planning activities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leaders, architects, developers, and testers to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and identify dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
- Ensure backlog items meet the agreed readiness criteria before implementation.
Planning, Execution and Alignment
- Contribute actively to PI Planning, iteration planning, reviews, demos, and other SAFe events.
- Help define realistic squad objectives aligned with business outcomes, priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate scope and delivery expectations with Product Management and stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risks, unresolved decisions, and cross-squad dependencies as early as possible.
- Work closely with other Product Owners to support synchronized and integrated delivery.
Stakeholder Communication and Product Improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for squad-level product priorities and backlog decisions.
- Communicate priorities, scope, delivery status, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Leverage demonstrations, user feedback, stakeholder feedback, and usage insights to refine priorities and validate delivered value.
- Promote a value-driven mindset within the squad and contribute to continuous improvement of Product Owner and delivery practices.
Quality, Security and Sustainable Delivery
- Ensure quality expectations and non-functional requirements are visible and appropriately prioritized in the backlog.
- Work with Technical Leaders, architects, Security, DevOps, Operations, developers, and testers to address security, privacy, performance, resilience, maintainability, and operability requirements.
- Ensure technical enablers, quality improvements, and compliance requirements are properly represented and prioritized.
- Promote a shared understanding of product quality expectations and Definition of Done.
Your Profile
