Position Summary

The Senior Manager, FP&A leads a team of 1 and mentors a high-performing financial planning and analysis team, owning consolidations across the business and the monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive-level dashboards that the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors rely on to make decisions.

The role sits at the center of the company's finance function, championing best practices and AI-driven process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and data integrity. The successful candidate will partner directly with the Head of FP&A and operational leaders to translate data into actionable insight in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Be a senior leader in mentor a high-performing FP&A team that delivers business critical financial support and insights

·       Own process of consolidations across multiple reporting departments

·       Champion best practices in FP&A, driving ongoing process improvements in forecasting, reporting, and data integrity

·       Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive-level dashboards for Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors

·       Lead initiatives to reimagine FP&A workflows with AI

·       Serve as the primary business partner to executive and operational leaders, providing financial analysis to drive decision making through data driven insights

·       Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience. Exceptional financial analytics background, advanced modeling skills, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and characteristics:

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA a plus)

·       Proven supervisory experience with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing finance teams while fostering a collaborative environment

·       Exceptional analytical and modeling skills using Excel, with a strong emphasis on business analysis and strategic financial insights

·       Strong understanding of finance and accounting

·       Excellent Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel)

·       Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights

·       Experience in a PE backed SAAS Company a must

·       Excellent Knowledge of Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce, Snowflake or similar tools

·       Attention to detail and accuracy

·       Strong organizational skills

·       Be proactive, a self-starter, results-oriented and a team player

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding PE Backed environment and the ability to multi-task

Pay Range

$124,450.20 - $195,564.60 Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Compensation

This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
