Field Sales Representative – MSME Sales GTM (Hosur)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representativeto drive B2B sales of energy management

solutions to MSME manufacturing customersthrough field visits, product demonstrations,

and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

● Visit qualified MSME manufacturing customersand understand their requirements.

● Conduct factory/site visits and assess energy usage and solution suitability.

● Deliver product demonstrationsand explain solution benefits.

● Generate demand, prepare quotations, negotiate commercially, and CLOSE SALES.

● Manage order booking through the designated e-commerce/channel platform.

● Build relationships with MSME owners and decision-makers.

● Follow up with prospects and drive opportunities through to successful sales

closure.

● Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.

● Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience, with MSME sales experience

mandatory.

● Experience in industrial products such as electricals, pumps, motors,

compressors, solar, or industrial equipment.

● Proven experience in sales closing and commercial negotiation.

● Willingness to travel extensively within the Hosur industrial cluster.

● Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

● Comfortable working directly with MSME owners and decision-makers.

● Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.

● Languages: Kannada & English mandatory; Hindi is an advantage.
