  • Lead joint business planning sessions with partners, setting clear performance objectives, milestones, and success metrics
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership and key decision-makers at end-client organizations
  • Enable partner certification programs and provide training to ensure successful product knowledge and sales capability
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment (Product, Marketing, Sales) to support partner implementations and customer success
  • Provide market and product feedback to internal teams based on partner and customer insights
  • Monitor partner compliance, satisfaction scores, and health metrics; resolve conflicts proactively
  • Scale and optimize processes for vertical sales teams and partner enablement programs

  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue through channel or partner relationships
  • Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills; comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Experience forecasting, planning, and hitting revenue targets in a partner-led or indirect sales model
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution; comfortable moving between high-level planning and tactical implementation
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to provide valuable market insights and product feedback based on customer and partner interactions

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in the communications, CPaaS, or telecommunications industry
  • Background in vertical or industry-specific sales (fintech, e-commerce, logistics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with partner certification or enablement program design
