Description

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to become the main point of contact for users and customers of our visibility products. You will guide customers through onboarding, help them get lasting value from the service, coordinate the resolution of their requests and turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who is comfortable learning technical products and who wants to develop a modern, data-informed approach to Customer Success.

The position is open as a permanent and full-time contract. An early December 2026 start is preferred so that the successful candidate can benefit from an effective handover and become operational quickly.

Joining Safecube means becoming part of a collaborative team where every contribution matters. Our cross-functional structure enables us to move quickly, share ideas easily, and remain closely connected to our customers and product. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work and is one of the key factors behind Safecube’s success.

About Safecube

Safecube is a maritime logistics visibility platform that helps companies track, manage, and optimize their shipments. By centralizing data from more than 180 ocean carriers, Safecube provides teams with real-time visibility into container movements, shipment statuses, estimated arrival times, delays, and key logistics milestones.

The platform combines an intuitive dashboard with advanced analytics, predictive ETAs, intelligent alerts. Safecube is also API-first, enabling companies to integrate maritime data directly into their own portals, ERPs, dashboards, and internal systems.

Safecube is a fast-growing SaaS product supported in majority by a self-serve PLG motion and occasional sales-lead transactions for higher volume accounts.

What you will do

Customer onboarding and adoption

  • Guide new customers and users through onboarding, from initial setup to first value and regular usage.
  • Provide clear explanations, training and practical resources that help customers understand the service and use it effectively.
  • Monitor adoption and proactively identify customers who need additional guidance or enablement.

Customer relationship and support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product- and service-related questions.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs, clarify issues and provide timely, structured responses.
  • Centralise requests and complaints through the ticketing system, follow them through to resolution and coordinate with the relevant technical teams.

Product feedback and continuous improvement

  • Analyse customer activity, feedback and recurring requests to identify opportunities to improve the product, documentation and customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Safecube to prioritise improvements and communicate customer needs clearly.
  • Help strengthen self-service experiences so that users can find answers and move from free usage to paid adoption when relevant.

Retention, expansion and reporting

  • Support customer satisfaction, retention and subscription renewals by ensuring that the service remains aligned with customer usage and objectives.
  • Identify relevant upselling or cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team when a commercial follow-up is appropriate.
  • Track and report on customer usage, adoption, satisfaction and other Customer Success indicators.

Modern Customer Success practices

  • Experiment with modern tools and approaches, including AI where relevant, to scale customer education, analyse feedback, automate repetitive tasks and improve the customer experience.
  • Use sound judgement when applying AI or automation, particularly regarding accuracy, confidentiality and the quality of customer-facing information.

Profile

What we are looking for

  • Initial experience through an internship, apprenticeship, first role or early professional experience in Customer Success, technical support, SaaS, APIs, data products, product operations or a similar environment.
  • A genuine interest in helping customers succeed and the ability to communicate clearly with both non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Enough technical curiosity to understand a digital product, follow basic API or data concepts, investigate issues and work effectively with technical teams. You do not need to be a developer.
  • A structured, reliable and proactive working style, with the ability to manage several customer topics and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong written and spoken English. This is a must for the role, as customers and partners are international.
  • A willingness to learn, test new approaches and improve processes rather than simply reproduce existing ones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical Customer Success, SaaS platforms, APIs, data visualisation, geospatial or maritime products.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, product documentation, customer usage dashboards or CRM tools.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to research, summarise, document or automate work responsibly.
  • Professional proficiency in French or another European language.

Recruitment process

  • Telephone interview with Guillaume (Recruitment and Onboarding Manager)
  • Interview with David (Team Leader and Managing Director)
  • Interview with a member of the Product team
  • Interview with Alexandra (HR Director)
