Sr UX Strategist

India’s largest Electronic Medical Records Company, Trusted by over 6K Doctors, we aim to grow 10X in the next 1 year. We are looking for Rockstar candidates to join the team and be a part of the fastest growing Healthcare Startup of India.

• Be the overall go to person for the way our products and assets look and feel across all lines of business

• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis along with a team.

• Interpret data from the analytics tools internally and qualitative feedback from the users and internal stakeholders. Create user stories, personas, and storyboards basis primary research

• Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes

• Lead a team of Designers and UX analysts to shape the way our Products look and work.

• 5+ Years of Experience in the field of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience).

• Able to present design ideas with clarity and passion.

• Has a high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.
