About the opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ropes of paid media and grow in a high-performance team.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution and daily management of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Track marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) and maintain weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to source creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Support campaign research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting.
  • Assist with cross-functional marketing tasks, including offline campaigns, website merchandising, influencer operations, etc.
  • Support in managing influencer campaigns. Key skills & qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience handling paid marketing campaigns.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; understanding performance numbers is a must.
  • Should ideally be from a D2C brand/company side, with no agency experience.
  • Program management skills are necessary.
  • Should be comfortable with numbers and ratios such as CAC, CTR, etc.
  • Should have worked on Meta and Google campaigns in general.
  • Should be proficient with Google Sheets and AI tools such as GPT and Claude.
  • Should have some exposure to CRMs/OB systems.
