Product Designer II

Product Designer II Department: Product Design Location: Remote (US) or Draper, UT Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer II to join our Product team and help shape the experience of tools used by thousands of HR professionals every day. You'll own design work end-to-end—from problem framing through high-fidelity execution—partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ship features that make a real difference for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web-based product features

• Partner with PMs and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch

• Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions

• Contribute to and help maintain our design system

• Present design work to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback

• Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints

• Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and craft

• Proficiency in Figma and standard prototyping tools

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams

• Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for HR, payroll, or workforce management products

• Familiarity with design systems at scale

• Background in quantitative or qualitative user research methods
