Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job. The Communications development program is a 12-month program for new college graduates in the Communications organization.

Position Overview

We're seeking an analytical and enthusiastic recent college graduate to join our team as a Brand Specialist. In this role, you will execute online marketing programs, such as digital advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to create awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales. You'll gather and translate ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns, and use data to continuously improve program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute online marketing programs, including digital advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to build brand awareness and drive traffic
• Gather and translate ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns
• Administer and execute online promotions across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Conduct analysis on program effectiveness and apply findings to enhance creative assets and content
• Support optimization of marketing programs to improve engagement and increase sales
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, compelling brand storytelling
• Help test emerging tools and platforms, including AI, to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
