Content Creation and Operational Marketing - IT Market (Internship)

Description

As part of the Marketing team, you will join a role split between content creation and operational marketing support to contribute to the Italian market expansion. This internship offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience covering both the creative and operational sides of marketing.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Monitor social media to identify the most effective trends, formats and creative codes for each platform and content category.
• Consolidate these insights into operational recommendations to maximise the visibility and sales of our authors’ books.
• Create social media content for our authors and for DashBook, including short-format videos, UGC and interviews — from filming to editing.

Operational Marketing Support

• Participate in the management of marketing projects: defining scope, implementation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends, insights and best practices.
• Support the development of the brand image and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Contribute to the organisation and smooth running of events.

• Proficiency in social media trends and formats
• Hands-on video content creation skills, with proficiency in CapCut
• Fluent in English ; Italian speaking required
• A valid internship agreement with a university or educational institution is required
