The TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) delivery function plays a critical role within the TGS Capacity Services organization. This function supports the staffing business by managing operational activities outside of sales and business development. While responsibilities may vary by account, a successful delivery team member typically handles core activities such as consultant management, reporting and metrics to support consultant performance, and issue resolution.

The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive, as each account may define unique requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW) or in collaboration with the Account Team at the start of the project. Below are the key responsibilities expected of a delivery team member.

Solution Delivery

  • Ensure understanding of project vision as defined by customer business and technical requirements

  • Understand SOW’s/MSA’s and importance of meeting deliverables/expectations of the client

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, managing project scope, and delivering according to the terms and conditions of our contracts

  • Manage revenue tracker for assigned engagement(s)

  • Consolidate project status and budget information across project(s) and/or portfolio of projects

  • Consolidate and provide project reporting regarding resources, financials or as requested by client via Monthly or Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR’s/QBR’s)

  • Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties

  • Understand escalation protocol between Consultants, Client Managers, Account Manager and Delivery Manager

  • Understand timekeeping processes and ensure consultants are entering their time correctly and on time

Management Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project related documentation including processes, tools and procedures in accordance with the Capacity Methodology Life Cycle (CMLC)

  • Understand and manage customer requirements (deliverables) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain project artifacts on provided SharePoint site

  • Ensure Global Delivery Portal (GDP) is updated on a weekly basis

  • Ensure Human Resources and Information Security policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to Client and TEKsystems policies

  • Support of other projects and/or delivery team members as requested

Resource Management

  • Communicate and/or track consultant requirement details as requested

  • Responsible for on-boarding/off-boarding of project consultants

  • Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings with consultants to provide performance feedback and address any roadblocks

  • Performance tracking and reporting as requested

  • Extract value from resources with ability to articulate and communicate consultant value to TEKsystems Client

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in project coordination or support roles within an IT or technology consulting environment.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to learn technical content and identify inconsistencies or issues in consultant status reports.

  • Demonstrated ability to audit project deliverables and escalate concerns to senior delivery team members.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) is a plus.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and committed to continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required to support long-term career progression within the job family.

CAD Salary range: $45,500-$68,300 Potential bonus up to: $4,000

Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to, education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
