• Fixed-term contract until end of December 2026
• Start date : ASAP
• 2 months probationary period
• 22 hours per week
• Salary: Fixlohn ab 25 CHF brutto / Stunde + Bonus on objectives
• German Language min B2

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
• Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
• Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager
