Fullstack Engineer (Java / React) — Bucharest, Romania

We’re not hiring "just another developer." We’re looking for a sharp Fullstack Engineer to join our squad in Bucharest. You will help build and scale the internal tooling and backoffice systems powering Onoff’s global telecom platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end backoffice features and internal tooling.

• Write clean, high-performance code on the backend (Java 21/22+) and modern UIs on the frontend (React.js)

• Handle full lifecycle development: implementation, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.

• Take proactive ownership of quality: monitor logs (ex:Grafana), debug issues independently, and participate in code reviews.

• Collaborate closely within your squad to ship fast, reliable solutions.

What You Bring

• Technical Core: Hands-on experience with modern Java (v21/22 mandatory) and React.js or Angular.

• System Knowledge: Solid understanding of databases, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD. Microservices experience and design patterns are a strong plus.

• Proactive Mindset: You take full ownership of your tasks. You don't wait for step-by-step instructions—you test, debug, and fix.

• Practical Experience: Around 5 years of hands-on experience (proven project impact matters more than exact years).

• Communication: Strong spoken and written English skills (B2/C1 level).
