Vous participerez, au sein de l’équipe Partenariats Stratégiques et Business Development, et aux côtés du Senior Management ainsi que des fondateurs de Tikehau Capital, au développement stratégique et commercial du Groupe. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique, stimulant, international et résolument entrepreneurial. Ce stage offre une opportunité unique de bénéficier d’une exposition directe à l’ensemble des enjeux stratégiques du Groupe, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de Management : développement de nouveaux partenariats stratégiques, initiatives de croissance, suivi de l’activité commerciale et des levées de fonds, préparation et participation à des rendez-vous stratégiques pour le top management, ainsi qu’analyses et réflexions sur le marché de l’Asset Management, ses évolutions et son environnement concurrentiel.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : 

• Participer à l’analyse et à la mise en place d’opportunités de partenariats stratégiques et de développement commercial pour le Groupe.
• Contribuer à l’identification et à la qualification de nouveaux partenaires stratégiques, ainsi qu’à la veille sur les tendances du marché et l’environnement concurrentiel.
• Préparer des présentations, des notes et des supports à destination du management pour les rendez-vous et réunions stratégiques.
• Assurer un support opérationnel au suivi de l’activité commerciale du Groupe : suivi du fundraising dans Salesforce, reporting, préparation de pitchs et de documents commerciaux.
• Soutenir l’activité commerciale du Groupe, participer à l’exécution et au suivi de plans et partenariats stratégiques.
• Réaliser des études sectorielles et de la veille concurrentielle pour accompagner la prise de décision stratégique.
• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses (Finance, Juridique, Communication, Marketing, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies) afin de contribuer à la réussite des projets et au développement du Groupe.
• Assurer un support aux projets transverses : suivi des actions, préparation de réunions, rédaction de comptes rendus.

Au cours de ce stage, vous bénéficierez d’une expérience concrète au sein de l’industrie de l’Asset Management et de l’investissement, tout en contribuant activement à la croissance d’un groupe international reconnu pour sa forte culture entrepreneuriale.

You will join the Strategic Partnerships and Business Development team, working closely with Tikehau Capital’s Senior Management and Founders, to support the Group’s strategic and commercial development. You will work in a fast-paced, stimulating, international and highly entrepreneurial environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to benefit from direct exposure to all strategic aspects of the Group, working closely with the Management team: development of new strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, monitoring of commercial activity and fundraising, as well as the preparation and participation in strategic meetings for top management, alongside market analysis and reflections on the evolution and competitive landscape of the Asset Management industry. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Participating in the analysis and implementation of strategic partnership and business development opportunities for the Group
• Contributing to the identification and qualification of new strategic partners, as well as monitoring market trends and the competitive environment
• Preparing presentations, memos, and materials for management for strategic meetings and appointments
• Providing operational support for the monitoring of the Group’s commercial activity: tracking fundraising in Salesforce, reporting, and preparing pitches and commercial documents
• Supporting the Group’s commercial activity, participating in the execution and follow-up of strategic plans and partnerships
• Carry out sector studies and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies) to contribute to project delivery
• Providing support for transversal projects: tracking actions, preparing meetings, and drafting minutes

Through this internship, you will gain first-hand experience in the Asset Management and investment industry, and actively contribute to the growth of a global and entrepreneurial group.

• Vous êtes actuellement en première ou deuxième année de Master (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université) avec une première expérience en Stratégie, Fusions & Acquisitions, Investissement ou Asset Management Alternatif (tels que le Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, etc.).
• Vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité, d’autonomie, de proactivité, de curiosité et de solides compétences organisationnelles.
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et attentif(ve) aux exigences de confidentialité.
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Microsoft Office et parlez couramment anglais et français.
• Vous avez un bon relationnel et une capacité à travailler en équipe.

• You are currently in your first or second year of a Master’s program (business school, engineering school, or university), and have gained initial experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment, or Alternative Asset Management (such as Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets, etc.).
• You demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and strong organizational skills.
• You are rigorous and attentive to confidentiality requirements.
• You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office and are fluent in English and in French.
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively in a team.
